Google Ads sync intermittent timeout on large accounts

Resolved

Some Google Ads accounts with more than 5,000 keywords experienced timeout errors during sync. This has been resolved with a streaming sync approach.

Meta webhook delivery delay during Meta platform maintenance

Investigating

During Meta's scheduled maintenance windows, webhook events may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. We are monitoring event ingestion latency and will alert via the Action Center if pixel health degrades.

Shopify multi-currency order amounts reported in wrong currency

Resolved

Orders in non-default currencies were sometimes displayed in the wrong currency code. This has been corrected — all amounts are now normalized to the store's primary currency.
