Privacy Policy

Note: This policy describes Glimmio's data practices and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.

1. Who We Are

Glimmio Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates a self-serve growth platform for D2C brands. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

2. Data We Collect

We collect different types of data depending on how you interact with our platform:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, password hash, and billing information used for subscription processing.
  • Integration Data: When you connect Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Gmail, WhatsApp, or Twilio, we process the account metadata, performance metrics, product and order records, customer contact and consent records, message delivery events, and verified reviews required for the features you enable.
  • Provider Credentials: OAuth and embedded-signup credentials are encrypted before storage and used only to operate the integration you authorized.
  • Tracking Diagnostics: We process provider-reported Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag, and conversion-action health. Glimmio does not inject a proprietary tracking pixel.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect solely to provide and improve the Glimmio platform, including:

  • Powering profit analytics dashboards and generating reports.
  • Providing AI-assisted recommendations. (Note: Your data is isolated and is not used to train global public AI models).
  • Executing authorized actions (e.g., pausing a Meta campaign) via the Action Center.
  • Building consent-aware audiences, delivering email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns, suppressing opted-out contacts, and collecting verified-purchase reviews.
  • Billing and customer support.

4. Data Deletion & Disconnection

You have full control over your data. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your Workspace Settings. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

5. Third-Party Subprocessors

We use trusted third parties to provide infrastructure (e.g., Hostinger, PayU). You can view our full list of Subprocessors here.
