What data is accessed
Creative Studio reads the following to generate relevant creative content:
- Your brand kit (colors, fonts, logo, tone of voice)
- Shopify product titles, descriptions, and images
- Active campaign context from your connected ad accounts
- Creative performance signals (to detect fatigue)
Why: To generate relevant, brand-accurate ad copy and creatives. Product data is sent to OpenAI or your configured image provider to generate content. We do not share your data with third parties beyond your selected AI providers.

Approval workflow
- 1 Generate a creative (copy or image) for a specific product or campaign.
- 2 Glimmio saves it as a draft. You review and optionally regenerate.
- 3 When satisfied, approve the creative. Approved creatives can be published to Meta, Google, or Shopify.
- 4 Publish directly from Glimmio. Execution status and errors are logged.
How to connect and disconnect
Creative Studio is enabled for all paid plans. To use image generation, a wallet balance is required. You can top up your wallet from Settings → Billing. Creative generation can be paused globally by a platform admin from Admin → Feature Flags. You can delete all generated creatives from your account by contacting support.
