Shopify Integration
Connect your Shopify Store to Glimmio to sync your product catalog, process real-time orders, and track exact net profit margins across all your ad campaigns.
How OAuth & Install Works
Glimmio operates as a Custom or Public Shopify App. When you initiate the install, you are redirected to your Shopify admin panel to approve the requested scopes.
After approval, Shopify redirects you back to Glimmio. We register necessary webhooks (e.g., `orders/create`) to process live events securely. Our app is embedded within your Shopify Admin via App Bridge, so you can manage your growth directly inside Shopify.
Permissions & Scopes
- read_orders: Required to sync daily revenue, attribute purchases to ad clicks, and calculate True ROAS.
- read_products: Used to sync your catalog, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and inventory levels for accurate profit analytics and creative generation.
- read_customers: Enables consent-aware Email/WhatsApp audiences and customer-level Marketing Mix analysis; it does not install a Glimmio pixel.
GDPR & Webhooks
Glimmio fully complies with Shopify's Mandatory Webhooks. If a customer requests their data be deleted (`customers/redact`) or if a store owner requests deletion (`shop/redact`), Glimmio automatically purges the corresponding records from our isolated database within the required timeframe.
Uninstalling & Data Deletion
If you uninstall Glimmio from your Shopify Admin, we receive an `app/uninstalled` webhook. This immediately suspends data syncing.
