Glimmio's Action Center scans every signal across Meta, Google, and Shopify and converts detected issues into precise, executable recommendations — no blind automation.
How it works
Detection
Continuously scans your Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify data to identify budget waste, learning phase issues, creative fatigue, high CPA, low ROAS, and inventory conflicts.
Impact Estimation
Every action shows a predicted outcome before you approve it — estimated ROAS lift, spend saved, revenue recovered, or risk reduced.
Approval Required
No action executes without human approval. You see the exact change, the rationale, the risk level, and the confidence score before deciding.
Execution
When approved, actions execute directly via the Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, or Shopify Admin API. Execution results are logged immediately.
Rollback
Before executing any budget or status change, the original state is snapshotted. You can roll back within the allowed window.
Impact Tracking
After execution, Glimmio tracks the actual vs. predicted outcome and feeds that learning back into future recommendations.

What data is accessed
The Action Center reads — but never modifies without approval:
- Meta Ads campaign, ad set, ad, and insight metrics
- Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search term reports
- Shopify products, inventory, orders, abandoned checkouts
- Provider-native Meta Pixel/CAPI and Google conversion signals
Glimmio never reads your customer payment details, personal customer information beyond aggregate reporting, or sensitive business data outside the connected ad/commerce accounts.

How to connect
- 1 Sign up and connect your Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Shopify account from Settings → Integrations.
- 2 Glimmio performs an initial data sync (typically completes within minutes).
- 3 The Action Center begins generating recommendations based on your account data.
- 4 Review each action, inspect the rationale, and approve or dismiss.
How to disconnect
You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. When you disconnect, Glimmio immediately stops generating actions for that channel and stops sending API calls to that platform. Existing action history is retained for audit purposes and can be deleted on request — see our data deletion policy.
Troubleshooting
No actions appearing
Ensure your integration is connected and has completed an initial data sync. Actions typically appear within 15–60 minutes of the first successful sync. Check Settings → Integrations for sync status.
Action execution failed
This is usually caused by an expired OAuth token or insufficient API permissions on your ad account. Re-connect the affected integration from Settings → Integrations.
I see advisory actions but no executable ones
Glimmio marks certain changes as advisory when the risk is too high to recommend immediate execution (e.g., campaigns in learning phase). These are informational and do not require approval.
