Action Center

The Action Center is where Glimmio surfaces detected optimization opportunities and where you approve, dismiss, or roll back changes.

Overview

Glimmio continuously scans your Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify data. When it detects a meaningful optimization opportunity — a campaign with creative fatigue, a keyword burning budget with no conversions, or a product with low inventory that is still being advertised — it creates an Action.

Action lifecycle

  1. Suggested — The AI detects an opportunity and creates an action with an estimated impact and confidence score.
  2. Approved / Dismissed — You review the action and decide to approve or dismiss it. Approved actions are queued for execution.
  3. Executing — Glimmio calls the relevant API (Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, or Shopify Admin API) to execute the change.
  4. Executed — The change is confirmed. A snapshot of the pre-execution state is saved for rollback.
  5. Impact tracked — After execution, Glimmio monitors the actual vs. predicted outcome.

Rollback

For reversible executed actions, you can roll back for seven days when the provider state still matches the change Glimmio applied. To roll back:

  1. Go to Action Center → Executed tab.
  2. Find the action and click Rollback.
  3. Confirm the rollback. Glimmio will restore the pre-execution state via the platform API.

Risk levels

  • Low — Pausing a single underperforming ad. Low financial impact. Often safe to auto-approve.
  • Medium — Budget changes or ad set modifications. Requires careful review.
  • High — Structural changes (consolidate ad sets, major budget reallocation). Requires admin approval.
  • Advisory — Informational recommendation. No execution possible — review only.

Permissions

See the Action Center feature page for the full permission table.

Troubleshooting

  • If an action fails with "API error," check that your integration is still connected and the OAuth token has not expired.
  • If rollback fails, the pre-execution state could not be restored. Contact support with the action ID.
  • If no actions appear, ensure your integration has completed at least one successful sync.
