Every app in Glimmio shows one of these honest states — no fake “Connected” statuses:

| Installed | App is installed in your workspace |
| Not installed | Available but not yet installed |
| Connected | Installed and OAuth/API connection is active |
| Disconnected | Installed but connection is lost or expired |
| Provider missing | App requires a backend provider not yet configured by admin |
| Coming soon | App is on the roadmap but not yet available |
| Admin disabled | App has been disabled globally by platform admin |
| Billing required | App requires an active paid subscription or wallet balance |
| Permission required | Your role does not have permission to install this app |
