Automatically collect post-purchase product reviews and publish them back to your Shopify store.
How it works
Triggered after delivery
A review request is automatically sent via email and/or WhatsApp (if connected) 5–7 days after Shopify marks the order as delivered.
Published to Shopify
Submitted reviews are moderated and, once approved, published to the product's Shopify review section.
Action Center integration
Products with low review scores generate Action Center recommendations for product improvement or ad creative updates.

- Customer email / phone from Shopify orders
- Product details for the review request
- Review submission content (rating and text)
How to connect
- 1 Connect your Shopify store from Settings → Integrations.
- 2 Go to Apps → Review Collection and click Install.
- 3 Configure the request timing and message template.
- 4 Choose whether to auto-publish approved reviews or manually moderate.
